How to Connect to an Email Service Provider

Before You Start

Here are some things to know before you begin:


When you create a campaign in OptinMonster that you intend to collect leads with you’ll want to integrate with one or more services to send those leads to.

To get started connecting to an Email Service Provider, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in the campaign builder.

  2. Click Add New Integration.
    Add New Integration
  3. Select your Email Service Provider from the dropdown field to begin connecting.
    Choose Email Provider

  5. When you’re finished, click Save.

What if my integration is not listed in the dropdown?

If your integration is not listed, then you will want to use either our Custom HTML integration or Zapier integration.

Can I change my Integration?

Yes, to change your Integration, follow these steps:

  1. In the Integration view of the campaign builder, select the Integration you previously added to your campaign. In this example, the integration is with MailChimp and is named MailChimp.

  2. Next, from the Email Provider dropdown, select the Email Service Provider you’d prefer to use instead. If you would like to use the same Email Service Provider but modify how the integration is configured you can do so on this same screen.

  4. When you’re finished, click Save.
