How to Connect OptinMonster with SharpSpring

OptinMonster offers seamless integration with the SharpSpring email marketing service. Connecting OptinMonster to your SharpSpring email list is very easy. Follow our step by step guide on how to connect OptinMonster with your SharpSpring account.

REQUIREMENT: Our native SharpSpring integration requires a Pro subscription. However, you can still use our Custom HTML integration with a lower subscription.

Step 1 – Integrations Tab

Next, select SharpSpring from the Email Provider drop-down.

Step 2 – Log into Your SharpSpring Account

To obtain your SharpSpring API credentials, log into your SharpSpring dashboard and navigate to your Settings page from the dropdown menu next to the person figure on the top-right of your screen.

Once on the settings screen, scroll down on the left until you see the SharpSpring API menu — click the API Settings link under that menu.

Once you are on the SharpSpring Public API page, you now can copy your Account ID and Secret Key for the OptinMonster fields in the following step.

Step 3 – Enter the API Key

In the Campaign Builder, paste your Account ID into the Account Key field and the Secret Key into the Secret Key field. Don’t forget to add a unique label for easy identification. Then, select the Connect to SharpSpring button.

Step 4 – Select an Account and List

OptinMonster will now connect to your SharpSpring accounts and fetch your email lists. Select an email list you want users to subscribe to.

That’s all, you have successfully connected OptinMonster to your SharpSpring account! Don’t forget to click Save at the top right!
