How to Bulk Edit OptinMonster Campaigns

OptinMonster’s bulk editing feature makes it easy to organize your OptinMonster campaigns.

In this article, you’ll learn how to use OptinMonster’s bulk editing feature.

Some options may not appear depending on the current folder selected. For example, the options shown for “regular” campaigns is different than when you’re viewing the Archive or Trash folders.

Bulk Select Campaigns

When you have several campaigns in your account, you may find it helpful to pause or resume campaigns, add campaigns to a folder or site, or clean up your dashboard by archiving or deleting campaigns in bulk.

To select multiple campaigns for bulk editing, follow these steps:

1. From the Campaigns screen, click on the checkbox next to the title of each campaign you want to bulk select or select the top checkbox to select all campaigns within the site or folder.
   
2. The Bulk Edit menu will appear at the bottom of the screen. Select the action you want to take with the selected campaigns.

The available options in the Bulk Editing menu are:

• Resume
• Pause
• Add to Folder
• Duplicate to Folder
• Remove from Folder
• Add to Site
• Archive
• Trash

Duplicate to Folder

Duplicating all campaigns within an existing folder into a new folder can be done quickly and hassle free! This process is particularly useful when you need to reproduce holiday campaigns annually and maintain organization.

Follow the below steps to duplicate campaigns with a folder into a new folder:

1. From the Campaigns screen, select the folder you wish to duplicate the campaigns within.
   
2. Click the top checkbox to select all campaigns within the folder.
   
3. Click Duplicate to Folder option at the bottom of the screen.
   
4. Click create a new folder.
   
5. Enter desired folder name into text field and click the Create Folder button.
   
6. You will be automatically routed to the new folder and all of your campaigns will be duplicated within the folder.
