How to Connect OptinMonster with Bronto

OptinMonster offers seamless integration with Bronto email marketing service. Connecting OptinMonster to your Bronto email list is very easy.

Before You Start

Here are some things to know before you begin:

Connect Bronto

When you create a campaign in OptinMonster that you intend to collect leads with, you’ll want to integrate with one or more services to send those leads to.

To send leads to Bronto, follow these steps:

  1. From the Integrations view of the campaign builder, click Add New Integration.
  2. Search for and select Bronto from the dropdown field.
  3. Log into your Bronto dashboard to obtain your SOAP API Token credentials. To do this:
    1. Log into your Bronto account.
    2. In the left column of your dashboard, navigate to Settings Platform SettingsData Exchange.
    3. On the Date Exchange page, click the Add Access Token button to create a new token.
    4. A modal window will appear. Give your access token a descriptive name.
    5. In the Permissions & Settings section, click the checkbox next to Read and Write, so OptinMonster can add leads to your account. Ensure that the Token is active? checkbox is also checked.

    6. When you are finished, Save your access token.
    7. Copy your new token from the gray box.
  4. Returning to the OptinMonster campaign builder, paste your SOAP API Token into the corresponding field.
    Don’t forget to add a unique label for easy identification (for internal use only).
  5. Next, select the Connect to Bronto button.
  6. Once connected, select the email account you want to add new subscribers to.
  7. When you are finished, click Save.


How do I configure single or double opt-in?

Bronto uses single opt-in by default, but a workflow can be set up for double opt-in.
