Before You Start
Here are some things to know before you begin:
- This article assumes you’ve already created an OptinMonster campaign to integrate your EasyWebinar webinar with.
- EasyWebinar forms don’t automatically track conversions when they’re submitted through OptinMonster. However, you can still track these conversions by following our guide on how to track conversions inside an iframe.
Adding EasyWebinar Form to OptinMonster
Once you have your EasyWebinar embed code, you’re just a few steps away from getting it live in your campaign. Follow these steps:
- Log into your EasyWebinar account and click on Webinars from the left sidebar.
- Create a new webinar or select the existing one you’d like to use in your OptinMonster campaign.
- In the registration page settings, customize your form as needed. You can add extra fields, change field labels, or adjust the layout.
- Once your registration form is configured, find the Embeddable Registration Widget section and copy the webinar’s embed code. It’ll look something like:
- Next, follow our Custom HTML integration guide to add the form code to your campaign.
- When you’re finished, click Save.
Note:
When you add your EasyWebinar form to OptinMonster, it shows up inside something called an iFrame. Think of it like a little window on your page that shows something from another website. Since the form is actually coming from EasyWebinar’s site, OptinMonster can’t automatically track when someone signs up or show a success message like it normally would.

Why isn’t my form showing up in the live preview?
Sometimes, for security reasons, scripts inside of an iFrame won’t run in the campaign builder’s preview. This is perfectly normal. Try saving your campaign, making sure it’s live, and then check it on your actual website. If it’s still not showing up, go back and double-check that you copied the entire embed code correctly from your EasyWebinar account.
