How to Add Optin Fields to Your OptinMonster Campaign

OptinMonster makes it easy to customize the appearance of your campaigns, including adding forms with optin fields.

The Fields Block makes it easy to add optin fields to your campaign using the drag-and-drop builder. You can include common fields like name, email, phone number, and you can also add custom fields—whatever fits your form best.

In this article, you’ll learn how to add a Fields Block to your campaign.

Add a Fields Block

  1. In the campaign builder’s Design view, be sure the Home panel is visible in the left sidebar. If it is not, select the Home icon to return to the Home panel.
    Navigate to the home panel in the campaign builder of OptinMonster.
  2. Click and drag the Fields Block into the campaign’s design. Drop it where you would like for it to be placed.

  3. When you’re finished, Save the campaign.

Styling Fields

  1. On the Content tab, you can set the form width, form alignment, and whether to display the field labels.

  2. Click the pencil icon to the right of a field name to access the field’s options.

  3. On the Advanced tab, you have access to form field styling such as vertical and horizontal spacing, fonts, borders, and background color of the fields.

  4. If you scroll down in the Advanced tab, you will also find options for styling Checkbox/Radio Buttons, the Submit Button, disable reCAPTCHA for the specific campaign, and Container Styling options.Access styling options for Submit button, Radio/Checkboxes, Container styling and reCaptcha options

Delete Fields Block

To remove a Fields Block from your campaign’s design, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the Fields Block you wish to remove.
  2. Select the trash icon.
    Select trash icon to delete the fields block
  3. A modal will appear asking you to confirm if you’d like to delete the Text Block from your campaign. Select OK to confirm.
    Be sure to confirm the deletion of a Text Block from your campaign.
  4. When you’re finished, Save the campaign.

Reposition Fields Block

To move the Fields Block to a different position, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the Fields Block you wish to relocate.
  2. Select the navigation icon and drag the Fields Block into the new position.
