What is the turnaround time?
On average, users receive the first concept or next revision in 1-2 business days. The complexity of your request and how quickly you respond to questions may affect delivery times.
Can you create X, Y, Z in my campaign?
If you have an idea of what you’d like, first ask yourself: Can I reasonably explain or show what I want? If the answer is yes – great, we’ll likely be able to fulfill that request!
If you need custom animation, a lead magnet, or a sweet cinnamon roll, we can point you in the right direction but we won’t be able to create those for you. If you want to be sure we can fulfill your request before purchasing a campaign, reach out to Support.
Unfortunately, we cannot create the following assets for use in your campaign, but if you have them already, we are happy to use them:
- Video or Motion Graphics
- Complex Animation
- Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
- Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation
- Generating or managing barcodes or QR codes
- Writing or producing lead magnets
- Writing or producing welcome emails
Also, keep in mind that the features and solutions we’re able to use are those included in your current subscription. If you’d like a solution not available in your plan, you will need to upgrade to gain access to that feature before we can utilize it i
Do I have to know exactly what I want?
No. Our customer success team will review your website, your unique business goals, and challenges and then craft the campaign that we know will help you meet those goals.
What if I don’t have an Email Marketing Provider yet?
To send leads and subscribers messages, you’ll want to connect your OptinMonster campaigns to an Email Service Provider (ESP) like Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or ConvertKit. These ESP’s lets you segment your audience, organize your list, and distribute email campaigns to your audience. You can also track the results to improve future campaigns.

Can I make edits to the campaign before I publish it?
Yes! Our goal is to complete your campaign in no more than two rounds of revisions. Be sure to give as much detail as possible when submitting your campaign request to equip us to build your campaign right the first time!Expand
