thomas griffinWhy did OptinMonster take this on? What’s the benefit to OptinMonster users to have native analytics?

We are always fighting for our customers’ success, and one of the ways we’ve known that we could improve is with data and analytics.

Starting more than a year ago, we put in place plans to totally overhaul our system at scale so that your conversion data could be more accurate, insightful, and actionable. Our goal was clear: you should know more so that you can convert more.

I’m proud to say that today this goal has been officially achieved, and it is for the express benefit of you, our awesome customers!

Our dashboard and reporting don’t connect to Google Analytics at all now. Does this mean that there’s no benefit to having GA?

Absolutely not! We are still deeply integrated with Google Analytics, and you can still send and view all of the data from your campaigns inside your Google Analytics dashboard. Your data is, well, yours, and we want you to be able to access it in the locations most convenient to you.

OptinMonster has started offering native integrations… Are we planning to take over the world?

Not the whole world, per se, but definitely in the conversion optimization space!

We are the #1 conversion optimization toolkit in the world, and we plan to stay that way by making OptinMonster more valuable every single day. It’s why we started Project Delight last quarter. What are you most excited to see coming up next for OptinMonster?

I mentioned last time that a campaign dashboard overhaul was coming as part of Project Delight. That update is already underway, and I asked Jacinda to include a sneak peek of the design as part of this announcement. To say that I am excited is an understatement!

This update will be transformative in the way you manage your campaigns, allowing you to be more organized and productive than ever.

I believe this update is game-changing for those that are serious about converting their website visitors into subscribers and customers, and you can expect the initial beta early this summer.

Beyond this, we’ve got some really awesome features coming down the line soon, including new ways to make your inline campaigns more enticing and better eCommerce support all around.
