The Debug Report PDF will give us details about your current setup of OptinMonster and reveal any errors that could be preventing its proper functioning.
Step 1 – Confirm Plugin Version
First, log into your WordPress Dashboard and check for plugin updates to confirm you are running the latest version of the OptinMonster API Plugin.
You can check out the plugin’s changelog to confirm the most recent version. If you are not yet running the latest version, please update to the latest version before continuing.
Step 2 – Send Debug PDF
Next, navigate to the Support Tab in your OptinMonster Menu.
Click the Download PDF Report button.
Now, to send the Debug Report PDF to OptinMonster Support, go to OptinMonster’s Support Page, fill out all of the details required, and attach the PDF at the bottom of the support form.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully created an OptinMonster Debug Report PDF and submitted it to the Technical Support Team. Our support team will be working with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
