    I clicked on the floating bar and it looks like to generates an account for the person filling out the form and then by “clicking you agree to terms of service and policies”. Seems a bit aggressive to me. I did not click to continue.

        I also got an email from them Welcoming me as a new customer. How/why would that happen if user does not take the step of clicking continue? Something’s broken in this approach.

    Showing up (appears in) the floating footer when the user might leave the page is quite convenient, much less intrusive than the popups. Glad to see the results of this in product sign ups. ?
