How to Submit OptinMonster’s WordPress Plugin Debug Report PDF

Are you having issues connecting your API Credentials? Do you have problems getting your optins to populate the list in your WordPress plugin? Are you uncertain why your optins are not showing on your website? If you answered “Yes” to any of the questions above, then our new Debug Report will help us resolve your issues quickly.

The Debu Report PDF will give us details about your current setup of OptinMonster and reveal any errors that could be preventing its proper functioning.

Step 1 – Go to your OptinMonster Menu

First, log into your WordPress Dashboard. Check for plugin updates and confirm you are running at least version 1.1.5 of the OptinMonster API Plugin.

You can check out the plugin’s changelog to discover the most recent version. If you are not yet running the latest version, please update to the latest version before going any further.

NOTE: If you’re plugin was out-of-date and you had to update your plugin, then please see if your issue is now resolved. Don’t forget: if your issue has to do with optins, to click Refresh Optins on the Optins Tab. If your problem persists, please continue to Step 2.

Step 2 – Download and Send Debug Report PDF

Next, go to the Support Tab in your OptinMonster Menu.

Click the Download PDF Report button.


Now, to send the Debug Report PDF to OptinMonster Support, go to OptinMonster’s Support Page, fill out all of the details required, and attach the PDF at the bottom of the support form.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully created an OptinMonster Debug Report PDF and submitted it to the Technical Support Team.
